GDS Air Ticketing Plans

We offer three add-on GDS Subscription Plans.

What is a GDS?

A GDS, or Global Distribution System, is a specialized computer network that connects travel agents and travel suppliers. While you can book many different types of travel using a GDS, the most common types of travel booked in a GDS are air, hotel, and car rentals.

GDS systems require special technical knowledge to operate correctly, however, experienced travel agents can leverage a GDS and its many shortcuts and codes to be more efficient in a high-volume booking environment.

Which GDS's does WorldVia Travel Network support?

For our Auto-Ticketing and PRO Auto-Ticketing plans, we support  Sabre GDS systems. If you select the Self-Ticketing Plan, we can support Sabre and Worldspan GDS systems.

Basic Requirements

We require all GDS subscribers:

  1. To be on the Growth, Team, or Enterprise membership plans.
  2. To have two years of prior GDS experience .
  3. To execute a GDS Subscription Agreement.

Add-on GDS Subscription Plans

Add-on GDS Subscription Plans vary based on usage and your desired method of ticketing.

The GDS Subscription plan you choose does NOT impact the commission revenue share you will receive. Your commission revenue share is determined based on your Agency Membership Plan and your commission revenue production. 

Basic Auto-Ticketing

Be assured that you'll receive the maximum commission allowed under our air contracts! When you need to make a change, get discounted rates for changes, exchanges, and refunds plus get commission debit memo protection!
  • Commission Capture Assurance: Let us handle making sure every commission is captured, on every booking.
  • Commission Debit Memo Protection: When you use our auto-ticketing, you're protected against a commission debit memo
  • Auto Ticketing: All ticketing for Agency’s new air reservations will be performed by Company

Self Ticketing

But sometimes you may want a little extra help, so this plan allows you to do your own ticketing at no extra charge and tap WorldVia Travel Network for Transaction Support on a Per Transaction fee basis when needed.

Agency (you) is responsible for self-ticketing all new reservations, changes, exchanges, and refunds. If Agency requires assistance from Company (WorldVia) to ticket a new reservation, change an existing reservation, or process an exchange or refund, the per transaction fee will apply. PRO Auto-Ticketing

Ticketing performed by Worldvia Travel Network. Supported by Sabre.
Designed for higher-volume GDS agents, this plan includes ticketing, commission capture assurance, debit memo protection and includes changes, exchanges, and refunds! Yeah, basically everything.
