WorldVia Travel Network today announced dates for its 2026 Forums, a series of advanced education events designed for experienced travel advisors who want to deepen their expertise, strengthen supplier relationships, and accelerate growth within a defined specialty.
Hosted as one-day in-person events June 3–5, 2026, the Forums will once again bring together niche-focused advisors and leading supplier partners for high-level collaboration, candid conversation, and actionable learning.
“Our Forums were a rousing success this past year, and we’re excited to bring them back to offer to our members again this year,” said Erica Scannelli, WorldVia’s Director of Member Development. “The interest and enthusiasm on behalf of our members is inspiring—previous attendees have been effusive in their praise and expressed to our team that it’s their favorite of all our events. We’re excited to deliver a robust curriculum again once again for them this year.”
WorldVia’s 2026 series features three events: the Beachside Bliss Forum (All-Inclusive, Beach Travel) on June 3, 2026; the Cruise Compass Forum (Ocean, River and Niche Cruising) on June 4, 2026; and the World Explorer Forum (FIT, Escorted Touring and River Cruising) on June 5, 2026.
Each Forum is built around a single focus so every session, supplier dialogue, and peer exchange speaks directly to how advisors sell, position, and scale their business within that niche.
Across all three events, advisors will step into an environment designed for advanced strategy and real-world application. Agendas feature high-level workshops on trip design, workflow optimization, pricing and packaging, and marketing approaches proven to drive results within each category, along with a dedicated Q&A segment with preferred supplier partners.
“We’re leaning into conversation-driven sessions with our Forums,” said Scannelli. “This event in particular is more focused around fostering advisor interaction—we want to ensure that our advisors are exchanging ideas and learning from each other. That’s how immediate implementation and change can happen.”
Attendees can expect a full day of programming followed by an evening reception to extend supplier and peer connections. The events will take place in Minneapolis, at the Executive Center at Mall of America, offering dedicated meeting spaces, sponsor activations, and informal networking areas, with venue details to be shared with confirmed attendees closer to the dates.
Forums are intentionally limited in capacity to preserve meaningful dialogue and ensure a strong mix of advisors in each room. For agency owners, Forums offer targeted development for experienced team members, while supplier partners gain intimate, high-impact engagement with advisors already driving sales within the category.
“There’s an event for every advisor at WorldVia, and Forums are a part of this framework,” said Scannelli. “Our team is excited to get in the room with our advisors and help facilitate learning and conversations that we hope will lead to sustained business growth.”
Because space is limited and attendance is curated based on fit rather than tenure or sales volume alone, advisors are encouraged to apply early and to be thoughtful and detailed in their applications.
