The 10 questions you answer over and over.
Your clients keep asking you the same handful of questions. You answer them one at a time, from scratch, over and over, forever.
Here is a different job to hand AI: instead of asking it to write something new, ask it to find a pattern in something you already have.
Open your sent folder and pull 15-20 recent emails where a client asked you something. Copy them into one document. Or try using the email connectors we discussed in a recent post about using AI to triage your inbox.
Then paste them in with this:
Below are [CUSTOMIZE THIS: NUMBER] real emails from my travel clients.

Work as a pattern-finder, not a writer. Give me:
1. The 10 questions my clients ask most often, ranked by how often they come up.
2. For each one, the actual words a client used to ask it.
3. A short, specific answer to each — using the details and the tone from my real replies, not generic travel advice.
What comes back is an FAQ built out of your own business, in your clients' own words. Put it on your website, link it in your signature, or send it to new clients before the first call.
One caution: be sure to strip out or mask any personally identifiable information from these emails (client names, passport #'s, credit card data, etc.) before sending to your AI provider.
Pull 15 client emails and run the prompt. Read the ranked list before the answers — it shows you which questions are eating your hours.
– Keep building with AI,
Jason
