WorldVia Introduces Expanded Travel Advisor Programming for WORLD25

WorldVia Travel Group, a collection of leading travel companies in the United States, will host its signature travel advisor education and networking event, WORLD25, September 16–19, at the Renaissance® Dallas Richardson Hotel in Dallas, Texas. The multi-day conference will convene hundreds of advisors, supplier partners and other travel industry leaders for a robust program centered on professional development, industry innovation and strategic relationship-building.

WorldVia’s marquee event for 2025 is poised to deliver its most comprehensive and immersive conference experience to date. Attending travel advisors can expect game-changing workshops, targeted breakout sessions, structured networking opportunities, main stage presentations and key business updates from WorldVia leadership.

“WORLD is growing each year in both scope and impact, and 2025 will be no exception,” said Jason Block, chief executive officer of WorldVia. “With more advisors, suppliers, and meaningful education than ever before, we’re creating the most dynamic environment possible for our network to learn, connect and grow.”

WORLD25 will kick off with the Luxe Symposium, September 16, an exclusive pre-conference gathering for members of WorldVia’s Luxe Luminaries program, alongside WorldVia leadership and luxury supplier partners. This opening event will spotlight elevated business strategies in the luxury travel space and offer attendees a curated day of high-level discussion, peer networking and insights into current market trends.

The momentum will continue the following day as WORLD25 transitions into its core programming, offering a dynamic series of sessions designed to equip attendees with valuable insights, tools and relationship-building opportunities. Advisors will receive updates on WorldVia’s latest tools and technologies, including enhanced capabilities for TRIO—WorldVia’s next-generation travel booking platform—as well as expanded network benefits, all aimed at increasing operational efficiency and deepening client engagement.

Additional sessions will feature structured networking opportunities and peer-to-peer learning experiences led by successful agency owners within the WorldVia network, providing actionable best practices and collaborative strategies. Travel advisors will also gain unprecedented access to nearly 70 of the industry’s most influential supplier partners, fostering stronger supplier relationships and staying ahead of emerging travel industry trends.

“Our focus with WORLD25 is to deliver meaningful education, practical tools and stronger connections that advisors can apply directly to their businesses,” said Block. “We’ve structured this year’s event to reflect what matters most to our network—relevant content, access to industry partners and opportunities to grow through shared experiences.”

Back for WORLD25 is a segmented approach to advisor development, featuring targeted content streams aligned with three distinct business stages—Startup, Growing and Established—to reflect the diverse needs and goals of travel professionals at every phase of the business journey.

Advisors in the “Startup” segment will engage with content specifically crafted for new entrepreneurs navigating the early stages of business growth. A standout session, “Confident in the Unknown: Transforming Unfamiliar Places into Your Expertise,” will introduce a practical research framework that combines supplier insights, network resources and storytelling techniques. Participants will learn how to confidently turn lesser-known destinations into their signature specialty, crafting standout itineraries and marketing themselves as knowledgeable, go-to experts in emerging travel markets.

Those in the “Growing” audience group will focus on building greater stability and scalability within their businesses. The breakout session, “From Unpredictable to Unstoppable: The Path to Recurring Revenue Success,” will focus on creating consistent income through refined sales funnels, retention-focused strategies and long-term client engagement. This session will help mid-stage advisors strengthen their business models and scale with confidence by emphasizing predictable monthly revenue as a foundation for growth

The “Established” segment will present advanced guidance for experienced advisors looking to scale their businesses sustainably. Session participants of “Lifestyle-First Leadership: Scaling Your Business, Protecting Your Time” will learn how to scale their operations effectively while safeguarding their time and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The session will center around team optimization, system refinement and leadership approaches that support continued growth without burnout.

WORLD25 will also introduce new interactive learning formats that complement the event’s targeted breakout sessions. App Lab sessions, debuting in 2025, will provide advisors with hands-on experience using WorldVia’s digital tools— such as its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Proposal Builders—demonstrating how to apply them effectively in day-to-day operations. Following the App Lab, collaborative workshops and group strategy sessions are planned to give advisors the opportunity to apply breakout takeaways, troubleshoot business challenges, and exchange ideas in supportive, peer-to-peer settings.

The fifth annual Questy Awards Gala will be held during WORLD25, recognizing WorldVia travel agencies and advisors for notable business growth, innovation and service over the past year. Members of the WorldVia network had the opportunity to nominate themselves or fellow advisors for the 2025 awards program, which concluded in May. A panel of travel industry professionals reviewed all submissions and selected winners across a range of categories that reflect key areas of performance and contribution within the network.

Award recipients will be honored at the Questy Awards Gala, September 18, during the WORLD25 event. More information about the 2025 Questy Awards is available at www.worldviatravelnetwork.com/questy-awards
