WorldVia Travel Network Establishes 2026 Virtual Events Attendance Capability

WorldVia Travel Group today announced that several of its flagship 2026 events, including its Roadshow tour and the award‑winning Accelerator program, will introduce new virtual attendance options, expanding access to travel advisors who cannot participate in person. The enhanced hybrid format is designed to give members greater flexibility while preserving the high‑touch education, supplier access, and community connection that define WorldVia’s event portfolio.

In 2026, New Travel Advisor “Navigator” sessions, the virtual Discovery series, and niche‑focused Forum events will work in concert with the Roadshow tour to provide both on‑site and remote learning experiences across key markets and specializations.

The five‑day Accelerator program, offered February 2–6 in Dallas, July 20–24 at WorldVia headquarters in Roswell, and October 19–23 at a to‑be‑announced location, will incorporate a virtual track that allows remote participants to follow the same core curriculum, interact with presenters, and collaborate with peers in real time.

“We want to make sure we provide access to our education to as many members who want it as possible,” said Erica Scannelli, WorldVia Director of Member Development. This is something we’ve wanted to do for a long time, and it’s indicative of the ways in which our education programs and WorldVia as a whole is growing.”

This format maintains Accelerator’s proven, workshop‑style approach—culminating in a graduation experience—while opening the door for more advisors to strengthen their business foundations without the added barrier of travel.

Advisors will have similar flexibility with select Roadshow education segments, supplier spotlights and Q&A sessions remotely, while its Discovery sessions continue to support foundational and niche training through structured online programming.

Rounding out the calendar, WORLD26 at AVA Resort Cancun, CORE, Immersion offerings such as Growing with Groups and Growing with Groups: Cruise Edition will continue to anchor WorldVia’s emphasis on strategic growth, specialization and practical planning. Select general sessions, keynotes, and workshops from these events will be made available virtually, extending the reach of WorldVia’s education platform to an even broader segment of its network.

“I can’t wait for our network to see what we already know: that our education and programs are best-in-class in the industry,” said Scannelli. “We’re looking forward to reaching as many people as we can.”
