In-person/Virtual Live Partner Training Session Specs

Our Partner Training Sessions give our members an in-depth look at a new supplier each week and teach them how to sell the products offered. These include our Partner Spotlights, Power Talks, and Luxe Discuss.

What we need to promote your session effectively:

  1. Please give it a scroll-stopping Show Title. (This can make or break our ability to draw an audience. "Updates From..." will not compel people to tune in live.)
  2. As with the Show Title, we need a Description of what we'll talk about that promises to be worth it to join us for the live event. (This description will be used in the calendar posts in our PRO app and Members-Only Facebook group, the social posts, and emails.)
  3. The LinkedIn Profile URLs are for you and anyone from your team participating. If you do not have a LinkedIn profile or don't want to share it, we need a square headshot, 400 x 400 px.
  4. Event Graphics - Images work best. Logos on a white background will not be accepted. Keep any text or logo centered because this will get cropped to a square in some views: 
    1. 1300px by 1000px (png/jpeg) 
    2. 640px by 200px (png/jpeg)
    3. 1920px by 1005px (png/jpeg)

Member Email Specs

Member emails are a chance to tell  WorldVia Travel Network members more about your organization. The email can include important information about your organization, promotions, and invite members to upcoming events.

Deliverables: Subject Line, Pre-header text (150-character limit), and HTML file with images linked to public assets.

Due: 4 weeks before the scheduled deployment.

Network News Email Feature Banner

Network News is our weekly email newsletter sent to all members of WorldVia Travel  Network. These banners are images that can click through to content on our PRO Portal, a webinar registration page, a page on your website, a form, and more. 

Deliverables: 600px by 200px .png or .jpg with link if applicable

WorldVia PRO Banner Takeover Specs

WorldVia PRO is the B2B/internal hub for WorldVia Travel Network Members. Here's your chance to have your message seen by our members daily. Your message should speak to our entrepreneurs and not consumers.

Homepage Placements:

Billboard 970px by 250px

Wide Skyscraper 160px by 600px

Footer Placement (seen on all pages across the site, including Passport, our education portal):

Large Leaderboard 970px by 90px

The only design requirement is that they have a full bleed or a border. The background for the homepage and footer placements is white (#FFFFFF).

Deliverables: .png, .jpg, and .gif. Animated GIFs are acceptable.

These banners are clickable. Please provide the link for each asset.

QuickTakes

It’s a quick power-up on social media for travel pros. These are short but informative segments (5 minutes or less) recorded by our partners with general tips, fun facts, or news alerts that travel advisors need to know. The time selected does not represent when the segment is published on our internal and public social channels.

Social Post

Our members have a lively members-only Facebook Group where we can post content to promote a product, event, and more.
