Crown Getaway 2025: Reflections at Hyatt Inclusive Collection's Secrets & Dreams Playa Esmerelda

Every year, WorldVia Travel Network brings our top advisors together for the Crown Getaway—a celebration designed to honor the hard work and achievements of our Crown Club members. This year, the experience reached new heights at Secrets & Dreams Playa Esmerelda, where I had the privilege of joining our incredible group for a few unforgettable days. 

From the moment we arrived, the team at Hyatt Inclusive Collection made us feel like VIPs. A welcome drink in hand, a refreshing towel, and the warmest smiles greeted us at check-in—setting the tone for everything that followed. For those in the Preferred Club, the private check-in lounge was a lovely touch, complete with refreshments and extra perks. Advisors staying at Dreams enjoyed the attentive service of butlers, always ready to help with any need, big or small. 

Both resorts wowed us with their luxurious suites, stunning garden and ocean views, and the kind of all-inclusive amenities that make it easy to unwind. Whether you were relaxing at the world-class spa, enjoying a delicious meal, or simply soaking up the sun by the pool, the sense of care and hospitality was everywhere. 

Of course, the fun was nonstop! From lively poolside music and beach games to the laughter-filled Silent Disco night, there was always something to do—and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow Crown Club Members. These shared moments are what make the Getaway so meaningful, and I loved seeing new friendships form and old ones deepen. 

What truly set this year’s retreat apart was the natural beauty of Playa Esmerelda. The resorts are nestled in a serene cove, surrounded by lush landscapes and sparkling turquoise water. There’s a special kind of peace you feel walking the grounds at sunset, with the sounds of nature all around. And yes, you really do get to enjoy both sunrise and sunset—pure magic. 

Looking back, I’m grateful for every moment spent at Secrets & Dreams Playa Esmerelda. If you’re dreaming of a place that blends luxury, relaxation, and a genuine sense of connection, I can’t recommend these resorts enough.
